Contact me (Email or Discord DM) about your commission. Provide the following information:
"Please state via email title/subject that your order is a Commission. Chosen Commission type, idea, reference and your email for invoice." I may ask you to provide further imagery or details.
I have the right to decline requests for any reason.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions, as well as the listed prices, are meant for PERSONAL COMMISSIONS unless contracted otherwise.
My commissions are extracurricular to my current full time job so timelines can be subject to change. I will work with clients to best of my ability to make sure their pieces are done efficiently.
Turnaround time from start of work to completion can range from 2 weeks - 3+ months based on request type
Payment
► Payment is solely accepted via PayPal in USD.
► The Client acknowledges and agrees that full payment is required upfront before the Artist commences work on the commissioned artwork.
► Additional PayPal tax will be applied in the final price (+5%).
► Your commission order will be canceled if you fail to pay within 48 hours. If you need an extension please let me know.
► A complex Commission may incur additional illustration fees, to be defined and agreed upon prior to Start of Work.
► Any changes to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties and may result in additional charges.
► If the Commission is time-sensitive, a rush fee may be applied.
►Payment won't be asked for until commission is ready to be started for waitlists.
Delivery
► The Artist agrees to create a custom artwork as described in the commission request and agreed upon by both parties.
► After full payment is received I will start your commission
► The Artist will provide the Client with progress updates. There are 3 phases for the commission (sketch, rough color, and final render), and updates will be sent at the start of each phase. (Intermittent updates can be provided upon request and with changes)
► You will only receive the digital art files. Not the printed art.
► The final artwork will be delivered to the Client upon completion. I will send a google drive link with high-resolution JPEG/PNG at request. (Be aware there will be a 2 week period you will be able to download your files before they will be removed. If you are needing more time please feel free to reach out for an extension.
Revisions
► Two (2) major revisions are only allowed during sketch phase.
► Minor revisions are still allowed at rough color and final render phase.
► Additional major revision will incur extra charges unless I have made an obvious mistake. Major changes include but aren't limited to:
-Substantial change to pose
-Substantial change to perspective
-Substantial repainting
-Substantial recolouring or colour changes
-Extension of POVs
-Additional panels or dimensions
Copyright & Usage
► The customer retains all rights to the original characters and may only use the image for non-commercial purposes, for personal use. The customer can post the drawing on websites with a proper credit to the artist.
► The client may not edit, alter, or trace the Commission without the Artist’s expressed, written permission, or as agreed upon in the Commission Agreement prior to Start of Work.
► Rights for commercial use can be added (cost is discussed individually)
► You can not use any of my art for NFT nor sell it for NFT purposes.
► I may use the commissioned artworks for my portfolio and retain all rights to the artworks for personal use; If you'd like your artwork to be private/confidential it may cost extra. This does not apply to Commercial Commissions.
Cancellation
► Either party may cancel the commission with written notice.
► A full refund is available if the Client decides to cancel the commission before the Artist initiates work on the artwork
► If the Artist has already commenced work, a 50% refund is the maximum amount eligible for cancellation. The remaining 50% compensates for the time and effort invested in the project.
►If I’m unable to do your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund
I Won't Draw
► NSFW/Fetishes(Can be discussed)
► Intense Gore (Can be discussed)
► Real life portrait
► NFTs or any likewise artwork for Crypto currencies/blockchains
► Sensitive/Hateful material including Politics, Hate Speech, Racism, Sexism etc.
